Fortnite: more frames, less delay.
Fortnite is one of the most frametime-sensitive games around. Big fights, building and edits push the CPU hard, and a PC that holds 240 fps in a box fight can drop hard in late game.
Why Fortnite stutters or feels delayed
- Shaders recompile after every update, which causes stutter in your first matches, especially on DirectX 12.
- Late-game fights with lots of builds are CPU-bound, so background apps and power settings hit your 1% lows.
- Replays, Game Bar recording and overlays take a share of the same CPU time.
- Slow or single-channel RAM shows up as stutter when the action gets heavy.
Settings to check in Fortnite
Free, do these yourself. Exact menu names change between game updates.
- Rendering mode: Performance mode gives the highest fps on most PCs. On newer GPUs try DirectX 12 and compare your 1% lows, not just the average.
- Turn on NVIDIA Reflex (On + Boost) if you have an NVIDIA GPU.
- Set a frame rate limit a little under what your PC holds in big fights instead of Unlimited, so frametimes stay even.
- Turn off Replays and anything else recording in the background.
- Keep 3D resolution at 100% and lower view distance and effects first if you need frames.
What a session fixes that game settings can't
- Background services, startup apps and telemetry trimmed
- Power plan, core parking and CPU scheduling set for games
- Clean GPU driver install and latency-focused driver settings
- RAM checked: XMP or EXPO on, dual-channel, stable
- Network adapter tuned for stable ping
- Before and after benchmark so you see the real difference
Questions
Can tweaks get me banned in Fortnite?
No. We only change Windows, driver and BIOS settings. Game files are never touched.
How much FPS will I gain in Fortnite?
It depends on your hardware and how much is slowing it down now. Some players in our vouches doubled their fps, others gained less. We benchmark before and after so you see your real numbers.
Is it done remotely?
Yes. We connect over Discord and a remote desktop app, and you watch every change. A restore point is made before anything is touched.
Want it done for you?
Remote session on Discord. Restore point first, every change explained, benchmarked before and after.
