How does a remote session work?
At your booked time we connect over Discord and a remote desktop app. You watch everything we change and can ask questions the whole way through.
How do I pay?
After you book, we confirm your slot on Discord and send payment details there. Your booking shows as pending until then.
Can I cancel or move my session?
You can cancel from "My bookings" up to 24 hours before. After that, message us on Discord.
Can the changes be undone?
Yes. We make a restore point before touching anything and note every change we make.
Will this get me banned?
No. We only change Windows, driver and BIOS settings. Game files are never touched.
What's your refund policy?
Refunds cover work we couldn't complete, orders cancelled before we start, and problems our optimization caused that we can't fix. Completed sessions aren't refundable. The full service & refund policy has the details.
Is it safe for my hardware?
Overclocks and undervolts are stress tested before we finish. If something isn't stable, we dial it back.
