Service & refund policy. Read before you book.

Read this before buying any optimization service.
Refunds may be issued if
- We are unable to complete the service
- The order is cancelled before work begins
- A major issue is directly caused by our optimization and cannot be resolved
Refunds will not be issued if
- The service has been completed successfully
- The customer is unsatisfied without a technical issue
- System settings are modified after the optimization
- Issues are caused by Windows updates, drivers, software installs or user changes
Compatibility notice
Our optimizations are built for maximum performance and may modify or disable certain Windows features. Possible effects include:
- Microsoft Store functionality may be limited
- Some Windows features may be disabled
- Certain third-party applications may have compatibility issues
- Future Windows updates may affect the optimizations
Support policy
We provide support only for issues directly related to our service. We do not provide support for:
- Problems caused by Windows updates
- Third-party software conflicts
- Extra tweak packs, scripts or registry edits installed after the service
- Changes made by the user after the optimization
After your session
- Avoid unnecessary driver updates
- Don't install extra tweak packs or registry modifications
- Only change BIOS settings if you need to and understand the risks
- Reinstalling Windows or resetting the optimizations may require a new session
