We only keep what we need to run your sessions. We don't sell data, we don't run ads and there are no tracking cookies.
Jiff Tweaks
A remote PC optimization service run from Greece. For anything about your data, message us on Discord.
Data we keep and why
- Your Discord account: ID, username, display name and avatar. This is how you log in, and how we DM you about your bookings. We never see your Discord password or email.
- Your bookings: package, time, status, the PC specs and games you type in, notes, discount codes, credit and gift cards used. Needed to run the session and keep your history.
- Session results: the before and after numbers and the list of changes on your receipt. Only shown on the site's results wall if you agree to share them.
- Reviews, arcade scores, waitlist and launch alerts: only what you send us, shown with your Discord name where the page says so.
- Visitor counts: which pages get visits and where visitors came from, counted without cookies. We can't link a visit to a person or follow you across days.
Things we never do
- Sell, rent or share your data for advertising
- Use tracking or advertising cookies, Google Analytics or Facebook pixels
- See or store your card details. Stripe handles payments and only tells us whether a payment went through
- Keep the free PC scan. Its results live in your link only and are never sent to our server
One cookie, to keep you logged in
We set a single session cookie after you log in with Discord. It's strictly necessary, so it doesn't need consent. Your browser also remembers small settings on your own device, like your language, arcade best scores and booking form, and those never leave your browser.
Services we use
- Discord: login and DMs
- Stripe: card payments
- Railway: hosting the site and its database
- Google Fonts: the font on the site
See it, fix it or delete it
Under the GDPR you can ask for a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Message us on Discord and we'll do it within 30 days. Payment records may be kept as long as tax law requires. You can also complain to the Greek data protection authority (dpa.gr).
We keep booking data while your account is active and for up to 2 years after your last session, then delete it, apart from what tax law requires us to keep.
